We all carry stories, habits, and patterns
that have helped shape the person we are and the strategies we developed in order to survive. Those stories and patterns are the reason why you are experiencing the pain, discomfort, and suffering in your life.

Together we look for the “core” issue(s)
of the pain, habituated pattern or thought form, and shift it in such a profound way that most people feel almost immediate relief. The frequency and vibration of your body shifts, which helps to facilitate emotional, physical, and mental transformation.

We work to reset and re-establish the flow of energy in your body
This flow is the key. Your body is designed for energy to move through it in a very specific way and when that flow is compromised pain, emotional distress and upheaval, and disease will manifest.

I share the tools, techniques, and processes
I was taught (things I use everyday myself) by the many teachers I’ve had the grace to sit with and learn from including old Hawaiian and Māori Master Healers. I also connect with, as I listen to my Kūpuna (my ancestors) who have shown me a way to look at a person holistically through the mind, body, spirit connection. They help me see how energy is moving through a person’s body and where the energy is “interrupted” or stuck.

The pillars of the work I do with my clients

The events from our childhood become the model for our life that we will default back to, especially in times of stress and pressure.

Your body holds all the stories and events that have happened to you not only in this lifetime, but also events and situations experienced in past lives.

The trauma and stories restrict and cut off the body’s Natural Energetic Flow. This prevents energy from flowing through your body like it was designed to do. When that Divine Flow is reset your body can heal and restore itself back to full health and vitality.

We inherit more than just the physical aspects of our genetic lineage through our DNA. We also inherit the emotions, behaviors, and sometimes even the addictions of past generations.

Physical pain is the tip of the iceberg. It is one of the ways that the body tells us that something is out of sync. We tend to ignore it until the pain becomes so overbearing that it forces us to look at what is causing the discomfort.
